During holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we cannot offer or guarentee specific delivery times. We can have as many as 150 deliveries in one day with only a handful of drivers and limited space in delivery vehichles. We organize our deliveries logistically in routes and according to delivery vehicle space and not according to the date or time orders are placed. We have several delivery drivers going in many different directions and we strive to get all pre-orders (not same day orders) out on first runs. We prioritize busniesses and schools first to assure we can get them delivered during normal operating hours. Orders placed on the same day as the requested delivery date will be delivered as soon as the order is ready and when drivers are avalible. Same day orders may be delivered late afternoon or even after our listed busniess hours. Confirmation of deliveries are sent when the driver returns and not at the moment of delivery (we are not that advanced yet!) We are a small operation and holidays are extremely busy. We respectfully ask that you limit calls to the shop in search of delivery updates. We will contact you if there are any problems.
