To combat these issuses, we have choosen items that we are confident can be substituted with similarity as needed.  Our team of professionally trained and experienced floral designers will do everything we can to make sure the items on our website are designed as close to the description as possible.  

**We reserve the right to make appropriate changes if we feel the outcome will complement the original design.  For example, in a bouquet of mixed flowers, we may substitute a yellow gerbera daisy in place of a sunflower without contacting you as they are similar in style, shape and color.  However, we will NOT substitute yellow gerbera daisies when you have specifically requested a vase full of sunflowers nor will we use bright, vibrant blooms in place of an all white flower arrangment without contacting you to discuss options.
